環境超級差，室內有蟑螂，主要是房間一點都不隔音，後半夜入住的，太熱了開空調，那空調聲音比電視聲音都大，根本睡不着，關了空調剛眯了一個多小時，外面保潔打掃衞生，特別吵，換垃圾袋，沖馬桶，開水龍頭聲音都很響，就像在耳邊一樣，第一次見一點隔音都沒有的房間，實在受不了就提前離店了，總共入住七個小時就睡了一個多小時，真是花錢受罪

There were cigarette butts on the floor in the room. The room was very stuffy. There were no windows and the sound insulation was not very good. The curtains could not completely block the bathroom.
