房間很大，未入住前酒店就打電話與我溝通房間事宜，前台小王和禮賓小傑服務很好，最特別的是接送我們去房間的陸寶（很可愛的名字+我家孩子誇很帥的哥哥），一直給我們介紹這個時節酒店裡的楊梅很好吃，還給我們摘熟了的楊梅。第一次入住這種獨門獨院的酒店，特意和前台溝通要了一間朝向外湖的房間，風景很好，入住前就給我們房間開好了空調，入住特別舒適。唯一遺憾的是周邊玩的地方不適合太小的小孩，沒時間去巾口水世界，假如附近有碼頭就好了，下次再慢慢探索，不過宅在酒店也不錯，一次性給兩張房卡，願意宅和不願意宅的都有的安排。還有特別點讚的是餐廳送的紅糖水，女生懂得都懂，很驚訝心情突然就很nice～瞬間覺得小貴的餐費也一下就能接受了。如果晚上不怕小蟲蟲的話，還能散步＋夜觀星象，哈哈，我是比較怕的，一張星空照收尾。

酒店在廬山西海，酒店環境超級好，園區內景色優美。設施配套在西海是最好的，特別是酒店的服務人員.wendy和小傑熱情周到的服務，給我們這次入駐酒店帶來了温馨的回家感覺，下次來西海還會入住廬山西海希爾頓格芮酒店。

服務還行 就是酒店房間內的裝潢太次 配不上西海這麼好的風景 説是説度假酒店 但是房間內的裝潢沒有看出度假的感覺 倒是就像普通的房間 然後衞生情況也一般 整體感覺就是不上檔次舊舊的 酒店的餐味道倒是還不錯
