Great hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees.
Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following:
-Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com
- Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com
- Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant
- Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement)
- Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note.
Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster
Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!

Wie immer ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit aufmerksamem Personal, schönem großen Zimmer, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Einzig die nicht richtig regulierbare Lautstärke des TV war nervig. Hier wurde uns aber sofort ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer angeboten… Das Frühstück frisch u reichhaltig, auch hier mit sehr nettem Service.

As a woman travelling alone, I felt extremely uncomfortable at the Premier Inn Hotel Wuppertal. The male service staff at the reception were extremely derogatory and disrespectful towards women. It seemed as if they had an antiquated understanding of gender roles that is unacceptable. Their condescending attitude greatly affected my stay and made me feel unwelcome. The location of the hotel is extremely advantageous, directly next to the lovely Luisenviertel. It is only a few steps to an incredibly rich selection of restaurants for a city like Wuppertal. The rooms are equipped to standard and clean. The hotel offers parking in the parking garage below the hotel, which is easily accessible by elevator. The breakfast buffet could be a bit more extensive. However, no one leaves breakfast hungry and it is therefore enough for one night. I cannot recommend this hotel based solely on the disrespectful behavior of the staff towards women.

The room is good, they charge you a different price every day, crazy. The breakfast is quite expensive and it's nothing out of this world, we haven't had sliced bread for a week (with the €15 they charge, it's obvious that it doesn't reach them) and I've already complained about it twice, the tetrabrick juice , and the fruit they put, a little soggy.

The staff at the reception is poor. No GM. The employees (reception) do what they want, arguments with the guests are not uncommon. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED AT THE MOMENT

Very nice, clean rooms, large bathroom with rain shower, good beds with different pillows, great value for money, very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has a wide selection and leaves nothing to be desired for the price (€13.50/pp)! The Barbeteich is just as stylish and offers a large selection. Great location!

Very nice room for the price, there are even different pillows to choose from and a large rain shower. The bed is really comfortable and the room is quiet. The selection at breakfast could have been a bit bigger, for example I missed plant milk.

Very nice, quiet, clean and welcoming. Essential. The only flaw is only one usable power socket and it does not have a minibar. The bar on the ground floor is very nice and welcoming, staff friendly and helpful. Well air conditioned.
