房間乾淨，床也比較舒服，關上窗晚上休息很安靜。工作人員態度也很好，網上預訂沒有出問題。酒店位置是稍微偏離中心的，但門口有公交車站出行很方便，可以直接在站台買票。步行幾百米的位置有超市，門口有披薩店，這一點很好。需要自備洗漱用品以及拖鞋，酒店有提供玻璃杯和吹風機。

房間浴室沒有門，洗澡水往外流，有水的地上很滑，浴室地上沒有防滑墊很不安全，更沒有浴室拖鞋，差！
服務：前台收銀員拿着我的信用卡到離開我視線的地方刷卡，有盜取我信用卡訊息的嫌疑！我向她指出後，她的態度非常不好！建議酒店管網坫要嚴肅處理！差差差！

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgesucht, da es in der Nähe der Uniklinik liegt. Es sind nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und eine super Busverbindung in die Stadt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.

A little pitstop on our family travels. Chosen for great location and good value. Had pretty low expectations due to some of the reviews, however, we were pleasantly surprised! Very helpful, kind staff, who spoke fluent English, which wasn't necessary but very much appreciated. Rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Not a single bad word to say about these guys

My room was assigned on the ground floor, and since there were trash bins and food waste containers right in front of the window, I was unable to open it.
Although it was stated that free parking was available, I had to pay a parking fee.

Beautiful hotel in the outskirts of Würzburg
Pros:
- Room completely refurbished
- Bed big and comfy
- Welcome "present". Small bag of gummies and water. Small details are always appreciated.
- Air conditioning available
- Easy to park in the area
- Friendly reception staff
Cons:
- Not a real "con" but just to mention: the hotel is a little bit far from the city center. There is anyway the option (if you don't want to drive), to take the bus number 12 direction city center. Bus stop is just 5 (or even less) minutes by foot from the hotel.
We will definitely repeat if we organize a new visit to Würzburg. Thanks for having us.
