這個挺好找的就是出火車站，過馬路稍微走一下直行就好，但是沒有電梯，行李直接是生扛上去的😊其他都還好有熱水壺，自己入住，自己離開就好了，都用密碼的

此為無接觸酒店，無前台。酒店設施還是不錯的，衹是需要特別注意，入住前需要注意接收酒店發送的郵件以獲知房間號及密碼，否則無法順利入住。另外攜程預留的聯繫電話是無效電話，聯繫酒店造成困難。如果不是有人幫忙很難辦理成功。

Advertized as 3-star on *********** wich is a shame since there is nothing wrong with the place aside from beeing priced along with other 3-star hotels (wich is way too high for this level of accomodation). From my understanding of the german hotel-star rating system, this can not be a 3-star rated hotel as there is no reception at all, nor any staff at site. Furthermore it seems double rooms should be at least 18m² according to the rating system, while ours was only 13m². All in all this would be a good choice if at a lower price point and not branded as a hotel.

This is a self check in hotel so you get a code that works for front door and room. It is located quite near center and there is a parking house across the street, but it was full when we arrived. Room was ok with 2 separate beds but it was sweltering hot when we arrived. There was a fan in the room which we turned on and went out for dinner. When we came back it was same temperature so we opened windows as temperature outside had come down. But there was traffic noise so had to close when we went to bed. Had a hard time sleeping as it was extremely hot in the room. Went for a run in the morning and took a sip of the waters the hotel left for us and it was more than luke warm. So if it is hot outside I will not reco this hotel.

The price for our stay at Poppular City Hotel was extremely reasonable, and a very nice German breakfast was provided. Great attention is paid to cleanliness and protection from Covid. Staff provided clear instructions about the hotel, free WiFi, etc. The walk from the Hauptbahnhof was about 10 minutes but in a straight line, and it was very easy to walk from the hotel to historic sights, the city market place, and restaurants. A lovely, first stay in Würzburg. The woman who ran the registration desk and supervised the breakfast room was so gracious--a beautiful experience!

Eine volle Katastrophe! Niemals mehr buchen wir dieses Hotel. Gerne schildere ich hier die wichtigsten Eckpunkte: Wir kamen sehr spät (nach 17 Uhr) ins Hotel um uns kurz umzuziehen und zu unserem reservierten Tisch in der Stadt zu gehen. Check In wäre ab 14 Uhr möglich gewesen. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, hat uns wirklich der Schlag getroffen. Es hat gestunken, es war unfassbar stickig (ca. 35°C) und es war noch nicht hergerichtet. Alte Handtücher im Bad und die alten Decken noch bezogen. Meine Familie mit kleinen Kindern und meiner schwangeren Frau waren den Tränen nahe. Wir wollten dann lüften und wurden beim Öffnen der Fenster von einer brütenden Taube überrascht. Wie lange wurde in diesem Zimmer nicht mehr das Fenster geöffnet? Die Reinigungskraft tat mir sehr leid, sie war alleine an diesem Tag (aufgrund von Krankheit oder Sparmaßnahme?) und schaffte alle Zimmer nicht herzurichten. Wir haben dann schnell neue Handtücher besorgt und sind sehr schnell wieder gegangen. Die Nacht war dann der Horror. Keine Luft, viel zu heiß, keine Klimaanlage oder sonstwas vorhanden. Eine Zumutung für eine schwangere Frau und kleine Kinder. Am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück (kein Buffet!!!) dann der Abschuss. Meine kleine Tochter hatte ja nur ein Reisebett und daher bekam sie kein Frühstück! Wie dreist kann man sein, ein kleines Kind das Frühstück zu verwehren? Unfassbar! Der Preis mit über 230 Euro für dieses Hotel ist ein Witz. Wir waren Wochen später im Chiemgau in einem wunderbar schönen, kinderfreundlichen 4 Sterne Hotel mit Indoor Pool. Die gebuchte Suite kostete dasselbe wie dieses stinkige Zimmer. Tut euch alle einen gefallen und sucht euch in Würzburg ein schönes Hotel aus! Ihr tut euch mit dem Hotel Kunterbunt keinen Gefallen. Wir werden allen Menschen die wir kennen von diesem enttäuschenden Hotel berichten.
