Das Personal an der Rezeption ist emotionslos, gelangweilt- rasselt seinen „eingeübten“ Salm runter- keine Regung. Ansonsten vermisst man im gesamten Hotel die professionelle geübte Arbeit eines Mitarbeiters- am schlimmsten ist es im Frühstücksbereich. Die Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen sind einen Katastrophe. Unfreundlich (Frau an den Eierspeisen) mit Komandoton. An der Bar fehlt es Abend oft länger an Personal (Wartezeit über 15 Minuten bis jemand auf Anfrage endlich kam). Der Barmann am ersten Abend war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Barfrau am Abend danach verhielt sich grenzwertig- freundlich- jedoch zappelig. Der Service im Restaurant ist ansonsten nett und kompetent.Insbesondere sehr freundlich im Wintergarten. Das Zimmer ist sauber, der Service gut. Stattfindende Bauarbeiten direkt neben unserm Zimmer wurden nicht kommuniziert. In der Toilette der Damen im UG war 3 Tage kein Papier zum Hände abtrocknen. Die Preise entsprechen nicht der Qualität. Eine 750 ml Wasserflasche selbst gesprudelt- lau kostet 6,30 €….

Tolles Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist in Ordnung, das Frühstück (Buffet) biete eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut. Bad und Bett sind groß genug. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage sind ausreichend.

Tolle Familienzimmer mit der Möglichkeit, sich selbst zu verpflegen. Das Frühstück ist frisch, sehr reichhaltig und mit allem, was man sich als Gast so wünscht. Etwas eng im Restaurant, wenn man später frühstücken möchte. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein und nicht mehr zeitgemäß - hier sollte mal investiert werden. Nah am Strand und Spielplatz.

Endlich haben die Owner in das Hotel investiert. Wir hatten eines der renovierten Zimmer. Sehr schön, komfortabel und gemütlich. Auch das Frühstücksangebot hat sich nach einer Durststrecke wieder sehr fein dargestellt, gepaart mit einer sehr aufmerksamen Servicebegleiterin. Rundum, Lage, Angebot und „Human touch“ - sehr fein.

Das Dorint in Wustrow ist nur ca. 300m vom Strand entfernt und bietet in einer schönen Hotel- und Gartenanlage komfortable Zimmer, die sauber waren und einem 4* Komfort entsprechen. Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer gebucht, was für knapp 2 Wochen schon etwas eng war. Die Einrichtung war aber modern, hell und freundlich. Das Frühstück entsprach dem, was man von der Kette erwarten darf. Besonders gut hat uns das Live Cooking mit Eierspeisen gefallen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war für uns sehr überzeugend. Den Preis für die Tiefgarage von 22 € fanden wir zu hoch. Wir hatten auch Massagen gebucht, die benfalls sehr gut waren. Der Service war sehr freundlich.
