Wuwei Yunding International Hotel

Everyone was all smiles. When you check in, they'll pour you a cup of hot tea and offer you a towel to wipe your hands. The room was also incredibly comfortable, with both memory foam and soft pillows available—it couldn't be more thoughtful. The location was also excellent, with tons of delicious food nearby and not too far from attractions. It was a fantastic experience, and the view from the window was beautiful.

The hotel environment is nice. The receptionists, Xiao Kang and Xiao Zhou, were very warm, attentive, and professional. They even upgraded my room for free on the day of my check-in. It was truly excellent; the service was impeccable. It's really great, especially with the free parking.

This was my first business trip to Wenzhou, and it was disgusting! Is this the cleanliness level of a well-known hotel in Wenzhou? The room's cleanliness was appalling. The towels were yellowed, and there were large, unidentified stains on the sheets. Is this really the standard for a star-rated hotel? I paid money but got such a terrible stay. I strongly advise against it! I hope there can be a proper solution.
