I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

A hotel with obvious pros and cons. Advantages: 1️⃣It is very close to the east gate of Dangkou and can be reached by walking in a few minutes; 2️⃣Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Disadvantages: 1️⃣On the May Day holiday, there is only one front desk to check in. When checking in, it is close to 6pm, and you still have to wait for the aunt to finish cleaning, which is very inefficient. 2️⃣The Comfort King Room is located on the third floor. There is no elevator and you need to climb the stairs. There is no reminder when booking. Friends with a lot of luggage should consider it carefully; 3️⃣The location of the room is not clear. I asked the cleaning lady how to get there, and she was told that she was getting off work; 4️⃣The water pressure in the room is low and the water output is small

When I woke up the next day, my face was allergic to mites and inflamed. 3. The hygiene is very poor, there is a lot of dust, there are hairs on the quilt and in the toilet, and obvious dust can be seen in many places. 4. No dedicated parking, parking is difficult 5. There is only one man-made river outside the window, which is completely inconsistent with the propaganda, and the scenery is not good either. 6. The towel has a strange smell, it should be musty. 7. There is almost no sound insulation. You can hear any movement outside and you were woken up in the morning.
