I was on a business trip and stayed near my workplace. The first time I checked in, the front desk asked me to scan a QR code, but I declined. Later, they upgraded my room and asked me to leave a review. After I left, they texted me again, asking me to leave a review. Because I had another stay and was busy with work, I planned to leave a review for my next stay. To my surprise, my second experience was incredibly bad. First, Ctrip showed that there were no rooms with breakfast included, so I asked the front desk if I could give it as a complimentary breakfast. They flatly refused. Then, seeing how many consecutive nights I had booked, they changed their minds and said yes (she helped me register). Later, I realized I was a registered member. In the hotel industry, whether they wanted to earn commissions or have performance requirements for registered members is understandable. Second, the waiter cleaned the room without the guest's consent (usually, they ask the guest if they want to clean, or they contact the front desk directly to request it). My pajamas were left on the bed, disturbed, and I felt uncomfortable. The room was also sloppily cleaned, with hair everywhere. Third, driving in and out of the parking lot was extremely inconvenient. I had to scan a QR code and fill in a form every time I left, which was a waste of time for guests who stay multiple nights and drive daily. Fourth: The breakfast selection was limited, with only cucumbers and tomatoes as fruit, and it was the same every day. It was enough to fill your stomach, leaving you with no other options. In summary, while the prices are cheap, there are always cheaper options on the market. To retain customers, gain repeat business, and maintain a good reputation, a good customer experience is essential. (I won't be staying here again on my next business trip.)

I visited Wuxi during the May Day holiday. The hotel parking lot is next to a driving school, and there were students practicing driving on small roads, so it was very spacious and there was no need to worry about not being able to park. The hotel lobby was also very spacious, and a taxi to the tourist attraction was only about 10 yuan. There was also a vegetable market across the street, which was very convenient.

The place is large, the beds are quiet, and the front desk is polite, enthusiastic, and patient. I chose a larger twin room with a toilet on the inside, a shower room, bottles of shampoo and shower gel, and a sink with hand soap. It's very good.

The robot food delivery service is also very fast; the delivery guy usually arrives within minutes of a phone call. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning lady was very responsible. Environment: Clean and hygienic. Service: The staff was polite and the service was excellent.
