Great hotel for the price they ask. Everything is new and clean. The breakfast is ok for China. What I didn’t like is that inside the room they want to sell you everything like bath salt, water, shaving tools, even tea is not for free - there’s no free tea/coffee bags. This really spoils my opinion about this hotel.

If you’re in Wuxi; it would be a crime to stay anywhere else aside from this hotel.
I can’t write enough about how amazing the room is and how convenient the location is; but that’s nothing compared to how everyone is very helpful; I felt like I was home.
Highly recommend!

入住太繁瑣，自助機辦不了，排隊去前台，前台身份證操作一下，又讓去自助機辦理，那前台是幹嘛的？房間內收費的東西很多，這個可以理解，但衹有收費使用的拖鞋卻沒有一次性拖鞋太不合理了，還要打電話讓送，酒店的WIFI可以説很差勁，希望酒店重視加以改進，有個稱是酒店客户經理的人加我微信詢問入住感受，我反映了這些問題，沒有任何答覆或解釋，衹是説預訂找他
