We were upgraded for free to a family suite. The suite was very spacious, perfect for a family, clean and hygienic. All the staff were very friendly. Highly satisfied.

I booked this hotel for a marathon, and it was right at the finish line, so I could head straight to my room to shower and rest after the race. They even started breakfast early at 4:30 AM and offered a shuttle service to the starting line, which was incredibly convenient. If the race is held here again next year, I'd definitely book this hotel again. Sia at the front desk also provided great service.

The hotel is excellent, clean and tidy. It has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The food is rich and delicious, the dinner option is very suitable for families. We also enjoyed swimming. It is located in a quiet part of the city and it is a nice walk to the nearby ancient city of Xuntang.

If driving your own car it is a wonderful spot. Just too far from the shopping areas to walk. But, there is a bus #156 that will take you to and from the large Mall 'Wuxi Coastal City'.
Extremely convenient.
The hotel was comfortable & quiet, very satisfied.
