Holiday Inn Express Wuxi Taihu

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and very spacious, and the location was perfect — just steps away from the mall, making it easy to explore and get around.

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided. One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery. Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment. The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out. The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that promises a delightful stay with an unbeatable view, I highly recommend Hotel Usuites.

When I booked this service apartment, I didn't put a high up expectation on it. However, it was better than what I expect and generally the place is clean and good location. Recommend for budget travelers.
