This was my second trip to Nianhua Bay. The first time in 2018, it snowed, and I went this year to make up for what I missed, though that snow-covered scenery was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This time, I booked the Boluomi Hotel and truly experienced the thoughtful care of our butler, Du Wengen. From before we even left, he meticulously took care of everything, from how to pick up tickets to navigation and even the schedule for the cultural performances. His attention to detail was exceptional – a huge thumbs up! I will definitely recommend him to my colleagues and friends, and I'll be sure to ask for Butler Du Wengen again on my next visit to Nianhua Bay!

The family-friendly hotel facilities are excellent. The attentive housekeeping staff, Guo-Zhu Shi, even installed a bed rail for our little one. At breakfast, the server, Xia Zhao, warmly greeted us and gave our baby a balloon. The whole experience was filled with warmth and felt wonderful.
