I requested paper cups in the evening, but they were never delivered, not even by the next morning. Plus, there were hairs on the bedding. The overall experience was quite disappointing. The soundproofing at night was also really bad. Early in the morning, I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, and the cleaning staff outside were very loud.
