Lingshan Vihara

The room was clean and hygienic, with its own small courtyard where azaleas were in full bloom! My only minor suggestion would be to add a tea set. The bedding was also good, and it was very quiet at night, with the sounds of insects and birds, I slept like a baby! The guesthouse is right next to the Ling Shan scenic area, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient to explore the area. In the evening, monks from a nearby Zen temple came to give Dharma talks and lead meditation sessions. In the morning, a Zen master guided everyone in walking meditation – it was a fantastic experience! My Zen robe wasn't the right size, and the auntie immediately exchanged it for a larger one. The all-vegetarian buffet breakfast was also delicious! For lunch and dinner, the restaurant offered a variety of à la carte dishes that were not expensive and very tasty! This is our second time staying at Ling Shan Jing She, and I just can't stop raving about it! This time, we stayed in a king room with a small courtyard, and it was even more amazing! The courtyard was absolutely beautiful – hats off to the maintenance staff for their hard work! The room, as always, was tidy and clean; small but perfectly formed. Both the monk robes and bathrobes were excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. The bed, with its just-right firmness and comfortable height, along with the soft, skin-friendly bedding, ensured a truly restful night's sleep! And the whole vibe of the hotel was once again so healing for us! This time, we tried sutra copying. The hotel provided excellent brush pens and water pens, and you can go to the sutra copying area at your leisure during opening hours – it was very convenient and relaxing. We also experienced the evening meditation activities; on Thursday, it was a handicraft session, and I successfully made a beaded bracelet, which was super fun! I absolutely adore this hotel and can't wait for our next visit!

Beautiful, very zen hotel. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with elegant views outside the window. Unexpectedly, the hotel restaurant serves delicious food, absolutely superb, especially the vegetarian noodles which are highly recommended.

Excellent service. The ingredients at the dinner restaurant were fresh, and there's a VIP exclusive passage to pray to Buddha. You can also participate in sutra copying.

The hotel is quiet and clean, located at the foot of Ling Shan Grand Buddha. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. My only minor complaint is that the bed was a bit too firm. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Ling Shan.

I stayed here many years ago, and before booking again, I wondered if it had gotten old and dirty over time. But I decided to book it anyway! It's just as good as ever! It turns out that hotels with a strong philosophy don't rely on renovations, but rather on good maintenance. I highly recommend anyone visiting Ling Shan to stay here! It's quiet, clean, and the entrance fee is included with your stay, offering excellent value for money!

This is our go-to hotel every time we visit. It's quiet, the service is great, and it's super convenient for getting to the scenic spots. The food at the restaurant is also delicious! They even include tickets to the scenic area, which we could use for two consecutive days. Plus, there's a fast pass option for praying to Buddha – highly recommend!

The environment is still as good as ever, tranquil and elegant. Whenever I come to Lingshan, I always stay here. The front desk lady is also gentle and refined. The wooden floors in the room offer an excellent experience, giving it a charmingly rustic feel.
