Nice hotel. The night shift staff was wonderful(Made every attempt to communicate in English) The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. They had wireless charging available and the room is controlled by an iPad like device. Located just 5 mins walking distance from exit 1 of shenglimen(胜利门)-line 1 (1 stop from Wuxi railway station) The breakfast was nice with balance choices in Chinese and western food.

I must say that I am truly impressed with this hotel. The price was excellent. The service was really fantastic. The manager even walked me to my room and helped me get the Wifi all set etc. What a nice staff. They always made sure I had tons of water and coffee. I was invited to a nice breakfast and they really look great care of me here. The location is nice with plenty of things around. The bed was really great and I slept a much needed 10.5 hours. The earplugs were a really nice touch but the floor I was on was quiet and the city pleasant. Great shower, sink etc. The guest laundry was really helpful. I took advantage, and had a workout in the hotel gym while my clothes were washing. I must say that this hotel has thought of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time staying in a hotel that served late-night snacks. They were small wontons and they tasted good. The hotel's facilities are quite good and relatively high-end. There is a subway at the door and one stop to Wuxi Railway Station, which is very convenient. The attitude at the front desk was also very good, and they even gave our baby several bags of snacks. The sanitation of the room is pretty good. The breakfast is also very rich, including pre-made noodles, rice noodles, and wontons, and it is served until 12 noon, which is great. It's a pity that we have a 10:00 train, we will come again next time.
