The cleanliness was impeccable—the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the sheets and duvet covers pristine, and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. Hotel is really good and staff really surprised me! They treated me super nicely from start to end. I spent about 3h talking to the tea master as he was super nice and gave me all tips on what to do in the city. In general they went far and beyond to make sure I had a great time! I definitely recommend this hotel and their delicious tea tasting!!

We love our two night stay at Hexiang hotel, bedding and bathroom is nice and confortable. The room is pretty new and particularly clean with everything you need. About 20 minutes’ walk to Wuyi Square or Y6 didi ride there. Staff service is great too, highly recommend if looking for quality accomodation.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. I arrived quite early, and despite rooms not being ready, the hotel staff went above and beyond to find me a room and even offered a complimentary upgrade. Huge thanks to the front desk for their excellent service and arrangements. Highly recommend!

After a road trip from Shanghai, I booked this hotel on a whim, expecting an affordable stay. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner gave all three of our rooms a complimentary upgrade to a mountain view! We really appreciated that. The hotel is brand new, with facilities and amenities comparable to chains like Atour, but the rooms are even more spacious. Having visited Wuyishan four times, this is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at. It's a new hotel, and everything from the room amenities and cleanliness to the toiletries was superb. Our room on the 3rd floor directly faced the mountains, offering fantastic views. It was lovely to wake up, sit on the balcony, and enjoy tea while taking in the scenery. The hotel also has a large swimming pool, which is perfect for families with children. The lady at the front desk provided warm and enthusiastic service. This is my absolute favorite hotel in Wuyishan!
