Spacious and clean room. Some parts may be a bit old but still clean. It is just turning cold so no issues with insects and maybe less crowd so there's no issue of cigarette smell. I have a window facing the other building and so not much sunlight and during the day you can hear some sound of people but it quiets down quite fast. No issue for me. Plenty of eateries nearby. Wuyi gong and Dawang peak is nearby you can easily reach by bus no. 9 or walk crossing the bridge. The riverwalk just outside the hotel is also very nice. Returning from Wuyi gong, take bus no. 16 that ends outside Baodao hotel now known as 世季 that is near Jiujie Shansu. Free dessert is served at 8pm everyday and you will be informed on wechat. I find it very thoughtful. My wechat is on silent mode so it wasn't annoying to receive 3 msgs everyday.

Nice and clean hotel. It is located in the center of town where you can easily access to every needs including wuyishan, old town street market, show, and food. The hotel is very cozy and it offers free gifts and also it provides dessert soup every night.
