The hotel service is superb; they are very attentive to guests' needs. As soon as we checked in, the butler called to ask if we needed any additional items. While waiting to check in, the lobby manager proactively approached us to ask if we needed anything and introduced some of the hotel's activities. The most thoughtful gesture was the complimentary bottle of cold-brew Da Hong Pao tea for each person. The family room type was also great, offering mountain views from the balcony. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel, which is convenient for families traveling with pets. The hotel itself is quite large, and there's a shuttle service available on-call. It's a shame we only stayed one night this time, it felt a bit rushed. I hope to come back again!

The service was incredibly attentive and responsive to all requests. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were well-selected. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, offering both local specialties and home-style dishes. During a heavy downpour, staff members even held umbrellas for guests.

Serene Twin Room, 45 sqm, two 1.2-meter beds. While this is an entry-level room category at Chunpo, the core experience wasn't compromised. The pros: The butler service was very responsive, and the shuttle carts were always on demand. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the Zixi rice noodles and local snacks. Standard amenities included a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and Dahongpao tea bags. The room was clean and tidy. However, there were real issues: The soundproofing was poor. Noise from the hallway and doors opening and closing carried right into the room. Late at night, we could clearly hear guests with kids returning, with both adults and children talking loudly in the corridor. By 6:00 AM the next morning, we could hear other guests pacing around in their rooms, which practically forced us to get up and leave. This room type doesn't offer a view of Dawang Peak—the window view was disappointing. Given the behavior of the neighboring guests, I wouldn't choose this room type again; next time, I'd pay extra to upgrade to a higher tier or a villa.

The hotel environment is exceptionally good, and the kids had a blast. It's perfect for a longer vacation stay, but we only stayed one night this time, which wasn't enough to fully enjoy it. The bed was super comfortable, and the children slept wonderfully.

The hotel boasts a beautiful and poetic environment! Although I only stayed for two days, I deeply felt the quality of the hotel's service and its humanistic care! I was also pleasantly surprised by the various cultural activities organized. I absolutely loved it! I hope to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Wuyishan!

The most luxurious hotel in Wuyishan! We booked an Anpu Villa for our family trip. The courtyard has a soaking tub, and they even included a complimentary four-person boat ride. The hotel grounds are also perfect for taking photos. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel, just a minor issue with the showerhead holder being a bit loose. Everything else was perfect. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. I would choose to stay here again when I visit Wuyi Mountain.
