The room was quite clean, though the toilet was a bit cramped. Housekeeping was prompt. It's located right next to Xiangao Ancient City, very convenient. Just a heads-up, there's no elevator to the fifth floor, so pack light! 😂

I had one of the most heartwarming travel experiences here. I had booked the hotel for a full day, but I did check out same day without even staying the night. To my surprise, the host insisted on refunding my amount — something I truly didn’t expect.
Her kindness didn’t stop there. I was running late for my train, and they personally dropped me at the station in their car. Such genuine care and hospitality are rare to find.
On top of that, the location is absolutely perfect , right on the main ancient street, making it super convenient and beautiful to explore.
Truly one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended ❤️

The environment was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was excellent. The location is right next to Xiangao Ancient City, which made for a great stay. The surrounding area is beautiful, and it was convenient to shower and wash my hair with easily accessible hot water.

This hotel is right inside Xiangao Ancient City, at the very beginning of the pedestrian street. I specifically came to explore the ancient city and see the fish lanterns, so the location was super convenient. However, there's no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up to the 5th floor. The shower is in a bathroom located on the outdoor balcony. If you're not showering, the sink in the hallway is fine for a quick wash. It was quite quiet at night, with no one making noise. It got a bit loud in the morning though, as there was construction right next door starting around 7:30 AM. All in all, the price was really good, so I can't expect too much. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Very close to the old town, facility as a hostel is considered good, provided in house slipper, towel, body wash, shampoo, hot water..only drawback is that the hostel located at 5th floor, walking up/down not really a problem, but from ground floor to 4th floor, very quite and quite dark. Overall value for money.
