One of the best hotels in our trips. They have everything for the comfortable stay: - delicious breakfast - swimming pool - gym - conference rooms - bid clean rooms - high professional staff We kindly recommend everybody.

There was only one set of soft pillows, which was very uncomfortable for people who used to sleep on one’s side. Suggest hotel to add a set of firm pillows.

This is my 2nd stay here in the hotel. We stayed in a Business queen room with a river view. Room is clean and comes with free toiletries, tea bags , coffee and 2 bottles of water. We only took dimsum breakfast during our stay. Receptionist and concierge are very helpful in booking taxi when we wanted to go anywhere.

What a beat up place. Facilities were under reconstruction - mentioned nowhere unless on the spot. The facility you could use, the swimming pool, was such a gloomy, stinky, and moldy place! None of the showers worked properly. You could not use the lockers. And the floor was sort of sticky. Used the place once - that's it. The massage/spa floor was closed/dark all day long, nobody could explain why. Smoking lounge could not be used. Everywhere no smoking sign and everywhere Chinese people smoking inside the hotel. The humidor was meant for the boss to show off. No cigar supply at the place. Worst part: AC did not work - whatever setting you were using the room was always at moldy, stinking 24 degree Celsius, totally sticky with humidity. Clothes hangers were fixed with duct tape - this is what kind of hotel? Condoms next to cup ramen in the pantry cupboard, yummy. The breakfast included was mainly Chinese - Western style did not even include a reasonable coffee. In the restaurant all the plates were piled up on your table until you were finished - nobody bothered to clean up your table before you were done. Again, what kind of hotel is this and what kind of service would I expect? A lot more. Food is up to taste - I like Chinese food a lot, the Chinese food at the hotel, I did not like at all. The riverside view was great, though and the room service and preparation was the best. I would rate it at 4.5/5. By contrast, the overall policy e.g. the no smoking situation ****** and advertised amenities did not exist any more or could not be used at all. In conclusion to future trips to Wuzhou: I will not stay at this hotel again.

The best hotel in Wuzhou already

The hotel is in a good location, with a large parking lot and 6 charging stations for fast charging, which is great. The room is large and clean, with a great river view. The waiters are also enthusiastic. The only regret is that the facilities are a bit old. In addition, it would be better if the buffet breakfast could be strengthened.

The service quality and environment are very good, better than the service of Marriott when I stayed in Nanning. Very cost-effective. First choice when going to Wuzhou.

A spontaneous trip. I saw the introduction of Guolong on Ctrip. It felt low-key and luxurious, so I booked 2 rooms decisively. I was originally traveling with my parents, but later there was a temporary change and I had to cancel one room. It was very smooth and there was no nagging. I was not disappointed! The room was very big, the bed was also very big (with children, a slightly larger bed was needed), the plumbing was Kohler, and the slippers were also very comfortable and advanced. The best thing was the service. I asked for hangers, toothbrushes, and pillows immediately, and I also gave them a free breakfast, which was very rich! There were both Chinese and Western styles, and there were many varieties, especially the Wuzhou specialty soy milk, which was super fragrant! Oh, we were all embarrassed, such a valuable gift, we have never enjoyed it! There was another detail. At the end of breakfast, several ministers smiled and reminded every guest who was still seated that breakfast was about to end. If you still need it, please take it first. It should be said that after traveling for many years and staying in countless hotels, this is not available in other places. Details determine success or failure, which is worth a thumbs up! I hope the hotel can continue to uphold this advanced and warm management and service concept, leaving deep impressions and good memories for every guest.

Good location, good room, good hygiene, good service. I lost my room card when I went out, and the front desk directly helped me to reissue one. It is worth recommending to stay if you travel to Wuzhou.
