Best Western Plus Burlington Hotel

Good position near the train station .

Hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Very clean. Perfect breakfast. We are going back soon with some friends. Would recommend it 100%

Great location close to the seafront. Well maintained decor in our room and public areas. Polite friendly staff. Very good breakfast with wide variety of food options. Clean room with excellent shower and fluffy towels. The hotel has clearly been refurbished and modernised inside but so many beautiful, original features within the building have thankfully been retained.

Don’t normally do reviews but we were disappointed with a few things. Front desk staff were disinterested and unwelcoming both at check in and departure, more training required! Internet was very poor by modern standards. So slow unable to complete work tasks. Others have complained but apologies will do little to fix the problem. Breakfast staff might benefit from a little more training, checked in, asked to take our seats and then nothing ! Had to search for someone to eventually produce some coffee. Nice hotel, lovely location but staff training needs a boost.

Lovely hotel, a 2 minute walk from the beach. Hotel staff were super friendly & helpful! Rooms were very clean & comfortable. No AC, but windows open with the sea breeze - wasn't an issue! Hotel has free, but limited parking. If no spaces within the hotel, simply park down the side where you'll find ample parking with no restrictions. Will be staying again in the future. Thanks again!
