Hyatt Lost Pines Resort Hotel was an amazing experience! Excellent customer service. We had such fun playing pool, swimming and lounging and floating down the lazy river! A beautiful location/space. Family friendly with camp vibes. Room was beautiful and balcony view is private yet open. Very wonderful experience for a family and could be a couples retreat. Food is delicious! Heartwood hHouse buffet for breakfast is a total win! Mavericks had delicious food. Tex-Mex while staying true to Texas. Such fun! S’mores by the giant fire and activities made it feel like an elevated summer camp. The petting zoo critter corral and walking on the bridge we felt immediately transported. Thank you so much! Spa experience was amazing too.

We had just spent a week at the Lake Tahoe Resort and Spa and were expecting the same experience. We were sorely disappointed. The events were not listed or at least that is what we were told. Only the smores and Star Gazing was mentioned. The beds and pillows compared to Lake Tahoe were horrible. Too soft and hurt my back. Also the noise at night was outrageous. Kids running up and down the hall plus DOGS barking. It was hard to sleep.

I very much needed time at the spa. The sauna, steam room, hot tub and relaxing pool helped me unwind. The deep tissue massage was incredibly beneficial.

This was our first time visiting the Lost Pines Resort and Spa and it won't be our last! The rooms were so family friendly with plugs for every device. Our family loved the waterpark amenities. I loved the spa! It was the perfect retreat for a few days of family fun!

We have been to this resort before and enjoyed our stay enough to come back. However this trip was different than the last - in some ways better and some ways worse. Better - They were way more chill about the use of the slide. This was awesome because last time we came they didn't let kids with floaties go down and parents couldn't ride with their kids so our youngest daughter was not able to enjoy it at all. This time they allowed both and it was a blast. - The new patio and bar (Maudes) was a really nice addition - Our meal and service the the restaurant Stories was great! Worse - The service at the cabanas was no where near the level it should be for the cost. - There just aren't enough restaurant options for the amount of people - we had only one night where we didn't have dinner reservations and it was over an hour wait for the only restaurant available - The food at the poolside restaurant was worse than I remember - overpriced and really not great unless you stuck to things like chips and gaucamole - There seemed to be less activities and programming throughout the day for the kids - The pool and river area just didn't seem as clean - especially when you would arrive in the morning. There was still leftover trash and stuff from the evening before which really ruins the resort vibe.

Fabulous resort in incredible family-friendly setting. Gorgeous and well kept grounds, lots of places to snack and eat, and tons of programming for children as well as onsite and offsite activities.
