The late night staff were very kind and one gentleman was training another younger gentleman. He was very patient and attentive to both getting us checked in and training a new staff member ❤️

The bathroom smelt like sewer every day. The shower was filthy. The wall behind the toilet looked like it had water damage. It was bubbled and peeling. The elevator was not working - wasn't stopping at the 2nd floor. Your employee at front desk wanted to put us in tge 2nd floor when there were rooms available on the 3rd floor. We rode the elevator once and it ****ed when reaching the 3rd floor and the door did not automatically open. We started pushing buttons and eventually it opened. At least the bed was comfortable.

The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and breakfast was very tasty and filling. The beds frames were VERY noisy so every time one of us turned over the other would wake up. The door squeaked loudly when open or closed and didn’t latch so we had to check it each time we used it.

After leaving a 5 star review about 7 months ago, I was a bit disappointed at some changes in this hotel. Overall management: Grade B First, they have a change of management. Apparently the previous manager - Sam - and most of the staff we saw last time have moved to other locations. Current management is okay but not the same as previous ones. Details below: Elevators: Grade F. We stayed in this hotel 6 nights. Upon arrival, front desk staff (very nice courteous staff) informed us that the elevators don’t stop on the 2nd floor. That meant we had to take all our heavy luggages up to the room by stairs. Given that I have a bad back already, this was very hard to do. They didn’t have another room to give us on the floors elevator worked and didn’t have any staff to help us move the luggage. (After 2 days they offered us to give another room, but we didn’t want to move so we refused that offer). However the ELEVATORS WERE OUT OF FUNCTION- for our floor - THE ENTIRE 6 NIGHTS! Staff couldn’t give us any update the entire time except that it is still broken. Breakfast: Grade B+ Changing of staff also means that the amazing breakfast manager Alwyn who had great reviews in the past is no longer there. Currently they have a young lady instead. She is courteous and always helps when needed. However she does have a language barrier and isn’t able to communicate very well in English. She does compensate for it by using Google Translate app so that works for the most part. She is doing her best so no complaints there. The breakfast provided is standard continental breakfast- eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, bagels, bread and best of all - they have an automatic pancake maker machine. Bed and Room: Grade A Rooms are well maintained. If you ask for daily room service, they’ll do that for you. There are soap/ shampoo pumps in the bathrooms so that’s another awesome thing. Overall we are pretty happy with the hotel, except for the few things mentioned above.

The elevator was broken, and it took over 10 minutes for the showers to actually get warm enough to use. The staff I interacted with was friendly enough, but they unfortunately can’t overcome issues with facilities. This is not the quality of accommodations I’m accustomed to with the Holiday Inn Express brand.

Room was large, quiet, beds clean and comfortable, towels clean....breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff was great. * Now for the liw side. Pool bottom was slippery with algea. Gym was good but water dispenser was filthy and the drip tray was growing molds. All carpets on 3rd floor were filthy and stained, our room was OK. the blinds in our room was broken and stuck shut, we could not see out our window. Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working.

I liked that it was near my daughter. I did not like that it did not live up to the Holiday Inn reputation. It was dirty and crawling with cockroaches. Breakfast ran out an hour before it was to be finished. They clean the rooms every 5 days and when we asked if they could at least clean the bathroom she sis it would not be able to be cleaned today but would clean it tomorrow, they never did. We registered 4 people and got towels for 2. The pool was filthy and not able to be used. Broken elevator. Dirty carpets… filthy. Garbage cans in the hall over flowing and roach infested.
