Had a two night stay booked with a first floor room close to the front desk. Went to go to our room that we selected earlier in the morning and was greeted by the front desk person who said the room was not ready and that the tv did not work (It was almost 8:00 pm and I got notice in the app at 1:00 pm that our room was ready.) So she went to go look for a tv and then told us to go ahead into the room. Our digital key would not work and she told us we’d have to move to a different room but unfortunately there were no more rooms on the first floor and said we’d have to move to the second floor but she stated she’ll put it in for us to get a discount. After an hour we were in our room. Despite the difficulties the stay was fine, but we’re still waiting for a discount that we never received. Too much hassle for the cost!

Hotel room was filthy - dirty hand prints on the bathroom door, sheets were dirty, floor had food all over it and dead flies all over the floor . Could not believe this was a Hampton Inn - it was disgusting.

The room was spacious and basically nice. But I think the shower tile could have been more clean and the shower curtain was all the way to the floor to prevent the water from splattering all over.. we had called downstairs for a couple more pillows and we had to come get them ourselves. I would have thought for the price I paid for the room the beds could have been more comfortable.

I like how the staff was nice and helpful but the room we stay in the pull out couch bed wasn’t clean popcorn everywhere
