Very good environment with friendly staff. The room was clean and the beds were comfy

The people at the hotel were nice , breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. There were people next door to us running up and down the hall and slamming doors until 11 pm. They had a tricycle that a child was riding up and down the hall on. This should have been resolved .

Everything from start to finish was a wonderful stay. Check in went very smooth and we were given the floor we asked for. The breakfast was typical but good. The pool is great but the hot tub is in repair. Very quiet stay. Thank you we will be return guest.

Great customer service, EXTENSIVE list of local eateries provided at check in, flavored ice water/coffee/hot water for tea available 24 hours, clean & comfortable rooms. Little touches like handwritten breakfast menu hanging by the eating area gives this hotel personal touches.

The good experience started with the front desk. Check-in was handled quickly plus warm and friendly. Loved the orange water and lemon water in the lobby and the bananas with messages written on them. Tea, coffee, and cocoa were available all hours of the day. There was even decaf tea which is not always available at other places. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. We really slept well. Everything was clean and the room smelled nice and fresh. The towels were fluffy and generous in size. The bed linens felt luxuriously soft and we had plenty of pillows for our comfort. We could adjust the temperature and did so with success. Breakfast was outstanding. I can't always get plain oatmeal. I could here and my husband could get his flavors. I like milk in my coffee. There were perfect size milk containers that covered my coffee and my oatmeal. I also had yogurt that was super creamy and good, fruit cup, two eggs, and bacon done just right. The room was kept clean and the food items were kept refilled. My husband had a Spanish omelet and a waffle, cinnamon roll and other items. The apples were crisp and sweet, not mushy like we sometimes get. We need a quiet room because we're traveling home and need to rest from all the driving. We were given a room on the top floor, far from the elevator and any noisy areas. Wytheville is a lovely, quiet, town. We felt safe staying there and enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites Wytheville. We also appreciate that there's no smoking and no pets. We suffer from asthma and are finding it difficult to find places that provide that for us. We wish that the hotels had a search choice for "no pets", "no smoking" along with the search choice for "pet friendly". It would make it faster and easier for us to find places that we can stay and not end up in a clinic on a nebulizer.

The new management team made our stay there the best hotel experience we have had ever. We have stayed in this place in the past and were pleased but they went way over the top to make our stay this time exceptional In addition to it being spotlessly clean, we were offered a lot of amenities at check in, check out, and during our stay. The breakfast was very complete and the coffee was much better than the typical motel coffee.

Enjoyed my stay. The "Start your day off right" thank you gift bag was a nice surprise. A nice welcome for a traveler. Would stay here again. Good location for my travel. Clean room and a welcome breakfast bar. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

From the hospitable greeting staff, to clean rooms, excellent linen, good complimentary breakfast, I’ve found a great stop on my way back from down south. What a great experience! I’ve been burned from some hotels cleanliness and staff, you don’t get that from this Comfort Suites, I’ll be back!
