We wanted to break up a trip to West Virginia and there's a restaurant we like in Wytheville. We've stayed in Wytheville before, just not at this hotel. We will definitely stay here next time. The rates were amazing for a Friday night and about 40% of the cost of The Hampton Inn and the beds here were just as comfortable. There was a fridge in the room and the towels were large and soft. The only difference really is I would say the hallway and elevator would be nicer at The Hampton Inn and the breakfast would be better. I wasn't sleeping in the hallway or elevator and for the savings we could have eaten breakfast and lunch out and still had money left. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for affordable comfy beds, soft towels and a clean room. For a bonus it's right beside the interstate and has an indoor pool.

Quality Inn in Wytheville, Va was superb ! We were traveling to Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament and this hotel was the halfway point. We booked two rooms and were pleasantly surprised how nice and clean the hotel was during the change over to the Comfort Inn & Suites. The staff was very friendly and booked us in a 4th floor adjoining room. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the beds were perfect firmness for us. I requested the same rooms for the very next week on our return home and they accommodated us with the exact same rooms! We had a wonderful time and the kids loved the breakfast and pool!

This hotel has a great and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There was also a well-appointed breakfast in a comfortable environment. The hotel was well-located for easy on/off the freeway. I would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were fluffy, beds were comfortible. The check in / check out process was nice and easy and they were able to accomodate me with a ground floor room even with a last minuet check-in. The breakfast had a nice variety and we had a very large TV in the room with a nice selection of channels.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my 7 yrs old Granddaughter until bed time. Guest in sweet next to ours were playing music somewhat loudly. It was midnight before I could get her to sleep. I dozed off shortly after but woke around to music still playing. Called the front desk and was told they would be asked to turn it down. Nothing was done. Called again at 2:30 and was told they had been warned which was total bs. Stated he would warn them again. Hear the phone ringing but no answer. They knocked on the door but again no answer so nothing was done and the music continued the rest of the night. Completely disappointed.

Excellent experience. The hotel is awesome and very comfortable. The customer service was outstanding! There are a lot of restaurants around there. The beds were very comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was very relaxing!

I was honestly going to give up on this brand . This hotel changed my mind it was Amazing, the whole place was freshly updated. The staff was great. Yes honestly they were. The girl at the counter was pleasant , very helpful and efficient. The rooms were spotless. Very, very, very comfortable beds . Everything looked and felt new. The Breakfast setup was done well. Hurry before everyone finds out and they raise the prices.

This is a very nice hotel to stay at while on your travels. The rooms were clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable , bathrooms clean and well stocked. Nice big TV but could not get my firestick to work in it but no biggie. Local restaurants and shops. I'd happily stay here again!
