Amazing experience. Staff is super friendly. We had an excellent experience. The pool was beautiful and the food delicious. Very attentive staff. Can’t wait to come back annd visit this beautiful place again! Would definitely recommend.

We arrived late in the evening, check in was easy. The bellman was very helpful in explaining the room functions. Beautiful decorated rooms and resort, magical experience. My kids loved all the pools and waking through the garden. Don’t forget to try the spa! Can’t wait to come back!

We eat breakfast only once. We were the only table and the service was very bad, the food when it finally arrived was terrible.

Hermosa hacienda entre Mérida y Progreso, haces 15 minutos aprox hacia ambos destinos, si llevas auto no es problema salir, conocer y regresar para disfrutar de sus bellas instalaciones. Celebramos aniversario de bodas, nos regalaron un upgrade a una de las habitaciones originales de la hacienda, enoooorme y equipada con todo. Mil gracias! La cocina de sus restaurantes muy sabrosa, tienen servicio a la carta y el bufete de los domingos muy completo. La alberca principal templada super moderna, con balinesas cómodas y limpias excelentes para descansar. Sus jardines hermosos que te hacen sentir en la naturaleza total. Súper recomendable, siempre volvería! ❤️
