Looks like a nice place but obviously there is a leadership problem with this property. Room was not ready at 7pm after a long drive. Used towels on floor, beds not made, ice bucket with water still in it....all minor things if the front desk staff would've taken care of it right away. When I informed the front desk they had no idea what to do other than call in a maid. They were fully booked and I was asked to wait while they checked in other guests. Stored our luggage in room closet since everything within 15 mins drive was also fully booked. Maids showed up as we were leaving so I tipped them very well to make sure they did a full cleaning and not a hasty just change sheets and restock the towels. Asked front desk to call when room was ready. Never got a call. Returned to find room cleaned hastily with water still in ice bucket. Looked closer to find a curly hair on mattress, stains on matress cover, stains on matress, dirt and crumbs in corners, basically what you would expect these days for poor cutomer service from businesses just looking to churn through customers and make as much money as possible with little overhead. Dont expect service to be commensurate with the price you pay. Pretty sad for a Hilton member hotel.
