Deberían avisar a los clientes antes de comer en terraza .tan bonita que tienen con vistas al rio...no se puede estar de las moscas que habían me parece vergonzoso que el encargado no avise antes porque la experiencia de comer ahí me parecía que estaba en el tercer mundo

The position is excellent as were the staff; secure parking, small charge. The bedroom was large with all the usual facilities only drawback was the pillows were very hard foam, also, during our stay the river club was not open and we were not informed of this when we booked . The restaurant hours for dinner was very late,9 pm, and only menu del dia available which was 3 courses with choices and was of good quality; service was excellent. No food available in the cafeteria during the day other than lunch menu del dia. The spa was good but only open from 5 till 9 pm and had to be booked.

No hay manera de que no te cuelguen, 5 días intentando contactar con ellos, te cogen el teléfono y te ponen en espera, todas y cada una de las veces, puedes estar esperando 10 minutos, que no te atienden. Atención al cliente pésima... una pena, buscaremos otro hotel!

Excelente hotel de 3 estrellas , como si fuera de 5. Estuvimos mi hermana y yo 3 noches . El personal del hotel majisim@s. La comida espectacular De hecho reservamos media pensión. Desayuno y cena y al final comíamos también en el hotel. Solo es bufet el desayuno , El resto es comida casera...riquísima y los platos abundantes. La habitación con terraza tiene vistas al río y la montaña. Aprovechamos esos días para desconectar de la ciudad y ver algunas de las rutas chulas que tiene Montanejos y alrededores. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100%. En todos los aspectos. Las camareras muy pendientes de que no faltara de nada en las mesas.

El hotel está bastante bien, limpio y acogedor. El SPA del hotel muy nuevo y con un precio muy competitivo. La habitación amplia y limpia, lo único que el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. al llegar, se hubiera agradecido un poco más de atención por la señorita que nos atendió, a nivel de información exclusivamente. En resumen, repetiría, sin duda, sobre todo por visitar otra vez los alrededores del hotel y el SPA.
