The moment I stepped out of the car, the doorman proactively helped with my luggage and offered warm water, saying, ”You must be tired from your journey.” That instantly melted away my fatigue. During check-in, the front desk not only thoughtfully recommended an authentic Roujiamo (meat burger) spot but also adjusted my room to a lower floor near the elevator, as requested. The warm towel and Roselle tea were perfect touches. During my stay, I casually mentioned wanting some hot food, and the housekeeper delivered a beef noodle soup within ten minutes, quietly raising the room temperature and reminding me to stay warm. The pool is an absolute treasure! The 28℃ constant-temperature water is always crystal clear, and the 24-hour circulating filtration system means there's no chlorine smell, so even sensitive skin can enjoy a swim without worries. Towels and mineral water are neatly arranged poolside, and lifeguards are always on duty, making me feel completely safe. During the day, sunlight streams through the glass onto the water, creating a shimmering effect, and you can even catch glimpses of the Tang Paradise. After a swim, a dip in the Jacuzzi completely washes away all travel weariness. From the detailed service to the leisure experience, everything was impeccable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an!
