Hilton Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Xi'an

I brought my little one to Xi'an for a trip. We visited the Terracotta Army, Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell and Drum Towers, Xi'an City Wall, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, among other places. We stayed at this hotel for all five days. The hotel's location in the old city is excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. There are also many Xi'an specialty snack shops nearby, so dining out was easy. As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service were top-notch. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the heated pool was lovely!

From our initial booking inquiry, Skyla's professional guidance immediately put us at ease. Upon arrival, Judy and Kelly's warm and efficient welcome made us feel right at home. They were always smiling, and patiently answered all our questions. Throughout our stay, we experienced their seamless teamwork: the front desk staff was consistently warm and attentive, and the sales team promptly addressed any needs we had. Their collective team spirit and high service standards were simply impeccable. Highly recommend!
