JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an

Overall, my stay at the hotel was great: 1. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Wenjing Road Station on Line 4. You can take a direct train to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and transfer to Line 2 at the next station to go to the Bell Tower and South Gate. 2. The room facilities are new and complete, with smart bathroom features and a bathtub. 3. The staff are all very friendly and responsive to any issues. 4. There's a shopping mall nearby, which makes ordering takeout quite convenient. Having to switch elevators multiple times can be a bit much, but it's common for high-rise hotels with elevator control systems, so it's acceptable. Areas for improvement: 1. The pillows weren't very comfortable for me over several nights, but I didn't notice any information about pillow replacement. I hope the front desk staff can proactively inform guests about this in the future. 2. The phone's dial buttons are actually on the handset, which should also be mentioned beforehand. It was quite confusing when I was in a hurry. Finally, thanks to Lily for her assistance. Overall, I recommend this hotel!

The service was quite good. This was my first time staying at a Marriott property, and the experience exceeded my expectations. However, I'd suggest better communication regarding housekeeping – perhaps reminding guests about the 'Do Not Disturb' option to avoid interruptions. Also, the air conditioning was a bit too loud; it would be great if earplugs or eye masks were offered to guests who need them. Overall, it was a good experience worth recommending.

I chose to stay here for my trip to Xi'an because I planned to hike Mount Hua, and it's only about a 10-minute drive from Xi'an North Station. The hotel's sky lobby has a very high ceiling. Enjoying a drink while looking out at the Chang'an night view in the evening is perfect for unwinding. As a new hotel opened in 2023, the facilities and environment are excellent. Staff members are always friendly and greet you with a smile when you encounter them.

The JW Marriott Xi'an Haierong exceeded all my expectations! This luxury high-rise hotel truly lives up to its reputation. ✨ It's super convenient with a subway exit right nearby. The sky lobby on the 38th floor is incredibly chic. My king room was incredibly spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless with no odd smells. The bathroom facilities were high-quality. The hotel has excellent amenities including a pool and gym, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were all so kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my stay, providing great service without being intrusive. Amazing value for money – definitely my top choice for accommodation in Xi'an!

I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an! My best friend and I stayed here for Nicholas Tse's concert, and our experience was absolutely perfect. It was quite hot, so we spent most of our time at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and well-maintained, with thoughtful details. The dining exceeded our expectations; the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of local specialties. I especially want to commend the Executive Lounge on the 36th floor – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered incredible views. The afternoon tea desserts were exquisite, and during happy hour, there was a good selection of hot dishes, drinks, and snacks. While the variety might not be huge, the taste was absolutely superb. Every single staff member greeted guests, and their service was warm and attentive. I've already recommended it to my sister, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an!

I had a particularly satisfying stay this time. A special shout-out to Yilia, the executive lounge manager, for her gentle demeanor and thoughtful service. Monica from the guest relations team was very attentive and sincere with her farewell greetings upon check-out. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water with no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. The facilities are comprehensive. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The overall stay was fantastic, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for the kids. Monica from guest relations provided excellent and attentive service throughout our stay, making it very relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the added security of needing to use our room card to access the elevators to the guest floors. This is definitely our top choice for travel!

A very standard five-star hotel. It has everything you'd expect. The executive lounge is nice, and the breakfast is plentiful. The room meets five-star standards, not surprisingly good, but not bad either, and the high floor offers good views. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center.
