The worst hotel ever! Don't come here! This hotel absolutely infuriated me! I booked a short-stay room, and because I was so tired, I fell asleep. I was only an hour late, and the front desk started bombarding me with calls non-stop, completely disregarding whether I was resting! Even after I was woken up, I answered the phone and said I would pay the extra fee, but they kept calling! Their service was extremely poor, as if I owed them tens of thousands of yuan. In the end, I was only an hour and twenty minutes late, and they stubbornly demanded 70 yuan from me, without any leniency. Their tone was also very aggressive, saying things like "that's the rule" and "you can't leave without paying," showing absolutely no sense of service. The front desk staff were incredibly arrogant, dismissive, and spoke in a sarcastic tone, completely unlike someone in the service industry. And the facilities were ridiculously bad! The room was small and run-down, the carpet was stained, there was mold on the walls, and there was a strange smell in the air. The air conditioner was old and extremely noisy, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after flushing. The mattress was hard and saggy, making my back ache terribly. The soundproofing was atrocious; I could hear everything the neighbors were saying. I really don't understand how a hotel of this caliber can have the nerve to charge you and then be so rude. They have absolutely no human touch; their attitude is like they're kicking you out! I've stayed in many places, but I've never had such a disgusting experience. Terrible service, dilapidated facilities, terrible attitude, and chaotic management! My advice to everyone: you'll regret it! I'll never come back again!

There was nowhere to hang clothes in the room; they were hung in the bathroom. There were no slippers in the room; you had to get them from the front desk. Also, the room was really, really small.

Ugh, I'm speechless. The hotel's location is incredibly hidden; I couldn't find it even with a large suitcase. The elevator is also very old, and I don't know if it's under renovation, but it's completely covered up. After booking, the platform showed that there was airport shuttle service, so I asked the front desk staff. They said there was, but you need to book two hours in advance. I was in a hurry when I left, so I didn't ask about the charges. When I returned in the evening and asked the front desk, they said they didn't know, weren't sure, and that it wasn't with me. Are you kidding me? When I got my room key, I gave my name and room number correctly, but they kept checking and fussing over it. They were incredibly inefficient. I didn't know the Wi-Fi password, so I called the front desk, and they said it was on the room key sleeve. That's why I called the front desk—I couldn't find the sleeve! The front desk kept insisting it was on the sleeve. Absolutely unbelievable! The service is absolutely terrible. Definitely avoid this hotel!
