Traveling to Xi'an with kids, choosing Yuan Tuo Hotel was a fantastic decision! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around, with direct subway access to all the major attractions. There are plenty of local eateries and shopping malls nearby too. The hotel service was thoughtful; they proactively provided children's toiletries. The room was spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to run around. The smart home system was easy to use, and even the little ones found it novel and fun. The mattress was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring the kids slept soundly at night. My child especially loved the free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available on the second floor; it made for some memorable photos. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including congee and steamed eggs, perfect for children. The 24-hour self-service laundry room was a lifesaver for washing dirty kids' clothes, and adults could even sneak in a workout at the gym. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with no strange odors, and the staff were warm and patient, providing detailed answers for luggage storage and tour inquiries. Our family's stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Xi'an with children!

I highly recommend the Xi'an Bell Tower Yuanta Hotel. The location is truly unbeatable! You can see the Bell Tower right from the hotel entrance, and in the evening, when the lights come on, the night view of the Bell Tower is absolutely stunning – a truly therapeutic experience for an evening stroll. The hotel is surrounded by amazing food; you can easily walk to Zhonglou Residential Quarter, Muslim Quarter, and Luomashi Snack Street. There's an endless variety of local snacks and trendy eats, so foodies will be thrilled just wandering out and trying everything. During the hot summer, if you don't feel like going out, the comfort of taking a nap in the room is fantastic. The air conditioning is incredibly powerful, keeping the room cool and quiet. It's so relaxing to just lie down and rest in the room after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. This is definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Xi'an!

The front desk staff were super helpful, proactively giving us a hand-drawn map of must-see sights and local food spots, and offering tips to avoid tourist traps. The room itself is fully voice-controlled, spotlessly clean, with soft bedding and great soundproofing, ensuring a really peaceful night's sleep. Just a few steps and you're good to go. It's so clean and hygienic, completely eliminating any worries about traditional kettles, making tea and drinking water both convenient and reassuring. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying. This will be my top choice for future trips to Xi'an!

This hotel is right by the Bell Tower, and the subway station is just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are also plenty of great shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The hotel itself is quiet, grand, and features smart, high-end amenities. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. We've stayed here twice recently, and both times they upgraded our room and gave us cute little gifts, which was a very thoughtful touch. The bathroom even has a rack for hanging clothes, which is fantastic. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely be staying here again.

When in Xi'an, Original Mansion is my top choice! The location is superb, with a subway station downstairs, the Bell Tower right in front, and the Muslim Quarter just a short walk across the street. But the best part is the incredible hotel experience itself. Everything from the facilities to the service is simply unbeatable. The entire team is warm, attentive, and very flexible when it comes to solving problems. Even the robot is super cute!

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Muslim Quarter, and super convenient for getting to the Great Wall and other major scenic spots – truly hassle-free sightseeing. The staff were very responsive and communicative. The front desk team, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. They proactively shared recommendations for local specialty restaurants and even helped me plan a sensible itinerary and introduced reliable tour guides, saving me a ton of planning time. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, and the comfort level was excellent. This hotel genuinely enhanced my entire trip, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to all travelers!

The transportation is super convenient; right outside the D exit, there's a direct shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors. The service was also excellent. Breakfast was good too, and the pickled cabbage rice noodles were absolutely delicious.
