UrCove by Hyatt Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Hotel

If i could give 10 stars to this hotel i would. Everything is excellent. From the front desk to the cafe to the rooms and services provided. We were given welcome fruits on arrival and on our third night. The mini fridge has free drinks and snacks everyday There is a coffee machine in the room for our night coffee.Especially love the auto bidet and warm seats of the wc as it is really cold. The curtains and lights are automated. I like the separate sink area shower area and toilet. The bed is comfortable. Even though our room face the street it is quiet enough to have a good sleep. Customer service is excellent at reception the cafe and at breakfast. Breakfast is varied and delicious everyday. Location wise it is between 2 stations zhonglou and beadajie which is only a 5 min walk . There are lots of street food and restaurants within walking distance. Easily connected to the metro to the airport Taking this oppurtunity to thank the excellent service esp the guy at the cafe whom i didnt get his name and yin rui and han xian qin.

As a Malaysian traveler in her 30s, I really enjoyed my 4-night stay at UrCove by Hyatt Xi’an Bell Tower. I chose this hotel because: 1. I’d had a good experience at their Chengdu branch. 2. It’s super close to the Muslim Quarter and halal food. 3. They have a bidet! I actually went back to the hotel just to use the toilet. My friends and I all agreed the service was great and the rooms were comfortable. One helpful touch: the staff asked if we preferred a room with a window (facing the main road, noisy) or a quiet room (no window). My only real complaint is the inconsistent water temperature, I had to keep adjusting the knobs throughout the shower. Overall, a solid experience. I’d happily stay here again if I’m back in Xi’an.
