The pickup service was excellent. My flight was delayed, but I contacted them in advance, and the driver was very patient – highly recommend! We didn't arrive at the hotel until around 11 PM. The service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Plus, the location is great and very convenient.

The hotel is very close to the city wall, just a few hundred meters walk to Andingmen, and about 1.5 kilometers to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. There are also many great food options nearby: Tongshengzhai's Paomo and Xiaogelou BBQ are both within walking distance. The one-on-one butler service was very attentive, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. The room was nice, with two 1.8-meter king-sized beds, which can accommodate 4 people, perfect for family trips. The room cleaning was very efficient and quick. We also experienced the airport shuttle service, the head spa on the first floor, and the Hanfu experience, all of which were excellent and added a lot to our pleasant journey.

The day before we checked in, we received a call from the hotel staff informing us that there was road construction nearby, which might make it difficult to get around. Since we had airport pickup, I didn't think finding the place would be an issue. I requested a quiet room and earplugs. After my parents and children arrived, they mentioned there was indeed road construction, but it didn't affect them much. The airport transfer driver, front desk staff, and cleaning crew were all excellent. Getting to and from the Terracotta Warriors was also very convenient.
