Chengyu Chenghao Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Yongningmen Metro Station Branch)

Extremely satisfied! The hotel room was very clean, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. There was complimentary bottled water provided. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and offered prompt assistance. The hotel has a laundry room with washers and dryers, and a gym, all of which I made good use of. The location is also a major highlight – it's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, making it very convenient for getting around!

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Xi'an. As soon as we arrived, a lovely lady at the front desk offered us hot tea and constantly checked in on our needs. She personally escorted us to our room, adjusted the AC to the perfect temperature, and even gifted us a 'Ping An' (peace and safety) bag containing local Xi'an specialties like sour plum juice and Bingfeng soda. To top it all off, they upgraded us for free to a room with an amazing night view of the Xi'an city wall!

The hotel is just a few dozen meters from the subway exit, right next to Wangfujing, and Yong'anmen is across the street. The room was very spacious and clean, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff and cleaning aunties were all very friendly and welcoming. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance to visit.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's just a 200-meter walk from Yongningmen subway station, and the city wall entrance at Yongningmen is only a few minutes away on foot. If you want to catch the sunset from the wall, head towards Zhuque Gate. You'll also find shopping centers like Wangfujing and SKP nearby, making dining very convenient. The next morning, I walked about ten minutes to the Xiaonanmen morning market. The service here was also fantastic!

The room was spotless, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the central air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable, and the bedding was fluffy and soft – perfect for a good night's rest after a day of exploring. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive; check-in was quick, and they proactively recommended the best times to visit the city wall, great photo spots, and authentic local snacks nearby. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including local specialties like Liangpi (cold noodles) and Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake). Overall, it's great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the scenery of Xi'an's city wall. You can encounter the ancient city's heritage right outside your window. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Xi'an.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, I have to give a shout-out! The hotel's location is superb, very close to Zhuque Gate. What surprised me most was that the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded my room type for free. I had originally booked a windowless room, but she upgraded me directly to a king-sized bed room with a window – it really brightened up both the room and my mood. The cleanliness of the room definitely deserves full marks; it was a dream for someone who pays attention to details! Everywhere was exceptionally clean. The bathroom had no water stains or grime, and even the faucets were sparkling clean without a single water mark. The regular maintenance here is truly outstanding. I especially want to commend the cleaning auntie on the 8th floor for her incredibly diligent work! Not only did she clean the room spotlessly, but she also thoughtfully folded my jacket and clothes on the bed neatly, and even arranged my dolls to sit in a row. Opening the door to see that was just too cute and heartwarming. The service was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Since it was hot in summer, as soon as I entered, they immediately offered me tea and guided me to a resting spot. The welcome package was very comprehensive; it included toilet seat covers, Xi'an specialty drinks, and even mosquito repellent bracelets for summer and cooling patches to prevent heatstroke. Plus, every morning when I left, the front desk would proactively give me free bottled water, so I didn't have to buy any while visiting attractions. The staff in the lobby and corridors would enthusiastically greet everyone they saw, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The facilities are also extremely convenient; a laundry room and dryer are available, and they even provide laundry detergent – it felt just like being at home. The breakfast is also highly recommended; the menu rotates daily, and the food tastes great. The most thoughtful part is that if you need to leave early, for instance, to visit Mount Hua or the Terracotta Warriors (before the restaurant's 7:30 AM opening time), the hotel can pack breakfast for you to take on the go. This is incredibly convenient for tourists who wake up early to explore. This experience was perfect. The next time I come to Xi'an or if relatives and friends are visiting, I will 100% recommend this hotel!

Its prime location offers a perfect blend of delicious food, beautiful sights, and comfortable accommodation, ensuring a relaxed and pleasant Xi'an stay, whether you're traveling solo, with friends, or on a short family trip.
