Every afternoon, I'd grab a pour-over coffee in the lobby – a lifesaver for parents. Xi'an Hesu Hotel is absolutely divine! A hidden gem with incredible attention to detail for an amazing stay.
The location is truly superb, just a 10-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, and super close to Muslim Street and Yongning Gate City Wall. You won't have to go out of your way at all to visit attractions or enjoy delicious food. Downstairs, there are lively snack stalls everywhere, making getting around incredibly convenient.
But I especially want to rave about the room experience! The King Koil mattress paired with a zero-pressure pillow was just the right firmness.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable! After booking, I received a call from the staff who proactively helped me reserve a parking spot. Upon arrival, everyone greeted me with a warm smile throughout my stay. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly patient and helpful~
