When come back to Xian i hope to book back in here. The staff are friendly helpful and attentive. The amenities are clean and well appointed and the location is perfect for all of the action around Bell Tower. Our tours picked us up from 100m nearby and the metro entry is just out the door. Perfect. Loved it.

Finally got to stay at this heritage hotel I've been dreaming of! I chose the Bell Tower panoramic view room with twin beds, and it was so comfortable and beautiful! As expected, a bigger room is definitely more comfortable. It has a European feel.

Really happy with the double room. It is spacious and very clean. Really well designed too. Furthermore, the service was very good, especially 张福云who helped us to get our clothes out of the washing machine while we were out. She also folded and dried them. Would come back again to stay here.

The location is fantastic, right next to the iconic Bell Tower. The hotel entrance is just 10 meters across from Subway Exit 6. We chose a room with a view, and it was excellent – we could see the Bell Tower right from our window. The self-service laundry room on the 5th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have our laundry washed, dried, and delivered to our room. This service was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes fresh during our stay, so we didn't have to bring smelly clothes home!
