The room facilities, cleanliness, and service were on par with other Mercure hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell Tower and very close to the Muslim Quarter.
However, on my first morning, a large tour group descended on the breakfast area, making it impossible to find an empty seat for a long time. The two elevators were also completely packed, and it took me over ten minutes just to get downstairs. On my second night, around 3 AM, guests in a nearby room were loudly talking and singing, making it impossible to sleep.
While these unpleasant incidents might not be directly the hotel's fault, they definitely diminished my overall experience.

Room is spacious and staffs were very friendly. Housekeeping tidy your bed and replaced your toothbrush everyday. Water were replenished daily too. Great hotel to stay as it was near to most attractions.
