衞生還是需要加強一下的，毛巾有贓污、椅子有臟污、浴室地面很多水鹼、門口踢腳線都腐壞爛掉了，很多細節不理想。這個房型適合一人住，一是面積小，二是浴室和馬桶共用一扇門，兩個人住很不方便。
