I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient; I could walk to all the niche attractions and photo spots, like Xiangzi Temple, Yongning Gate, and Defu Alley, without any trouble. The Star butler service was very thoughtful, providing all the hotel information I needed. They even offered free sweet soup and bottled water, which was a really nice touch and shows how much they care! The ambiance is also unique, with a dark, retro style. I was very happy with my room too!

The hotel is nicely located and near to the city wall south gate. It’s also very easy to find food near the hotel.

I can 100% say you won't regret booking this hotel. The location is superb; you can basically walk to all the attractions. It's clean, the room is spacious, and breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff (the lady who helped me) was also very friendly and even gave me lots of souvenirs and snacks. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely stay here again. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied!

Just back from a 3 night stay in the Eastern House. The hotel is fabulous so clean and comfortable. On checkout a lovely girl named Doris gave me a beautiful gift of the hotel toiletries and heat pads for neck or back cause it was cold out. So sweet. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Xi'an.

I can't believe I found a hotel in Xi'an with free airport pickup at this price! Communication was super smooth, and the driver was incredibly nice. The hotel itself is pretty standard, but it offers great value for money. The location is fantastic, right near the Muslim Quarter and an easy walk. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the Bell Tower, and there's even a bar street nearby if you want to explore at night.
