The hotel's location is excellent, and the garden is elegant. There's a park right out the back gate, offering fresh and pleasant air. The service was fantastic; they even gave us a free room upgrade!

The hotel is very close to malls and grand Tang . Just a few steps away there is a mall. Very convenient and there is a lot of restaurant surrounding the hotel .

The room was very clean, and the facilities worked perfectly. The housekeepers did an excellent job cleaning and organizing everything. The bathtub room was beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, with Joy City just 300 meters away. The hotel's overall environment is good, and it's well-equipped.
Most importantly, everyone's service attitude was excellent, making for a truly comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mlily Plum; we even received a beautifully packaged small apple on Christmas Eve. Besides water, the mini-fridge also had drinks and tea, which was a thoughtful touch. They'd bring up takeout no matter what time it arrived. A truly great experience, highly recommended!

Had a great stay here! There's a back exit that takes you straight into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, pretty, and spacious with user-friendly smart guest control systems, comfortable beds, and the has separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink which was pretty convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Rui and Xiao Dong, were super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us find activities to book and other travel tips. The breakfast was also really good with multiple options and Xi'an specialty foods. Our booking also included afternoon tea and dessert soup every day which they delivered whenever we requested it.
The room was a bit warm since they have central heating, but they were very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room.

Traveled with two kids and stayed for two nights. The hotel is small, and taxi drivers didn't know where it was a few times. However, the location is convenient, and the hygiene was decent. The L-shaped large balcony and the natural oxygen bar in the room were the most satisfying features.
