Satisfied! Satisfied from every perspective! Hotel location: Surrounded by the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter, all within walking distance! Service: From parking, service, room cleanliness, to breakfast, it all felt like coming home! Every staff member greeted us with a smile and polite welcome! They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent location near the Xi'an Bell Tower and Metro. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast variety is good. There is Italian coffee at breakfast and I the lobby as well. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Zhonglou Subway Station, and within walking distance to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. Many local eateries like Chang'an Grand Theater Restaurant and souvenir shops are also easily accessible on foot, which is super convenient. From the restaurant's terrace, you can see both the Bell and Drum Towers, and the flowers planted there are beautiful. The staff service was excellent, and they even gave a small bookmark as a departing gift.

Our stay at Fillmore Hotel was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We had booked two rooms, but noticed that one hadn’t been smoke-treated. When we raised this at reception, she promptly arranged a room change, which made a big difference. We also had an early departure at 6am, and she thoughtfully prepared breakfast packs for us and organized our airport transfer, making our morning stress-free. Her attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel’s location is another highlight - it’s right next to the Muslim Food Quarter, with a 7/11 conveniently nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to future visitors. 😊

Had a wonderful 4D3N. Receptionist Xiao Ying very kind, attentive and helpful. Maintenance and housekeeping also very good. Everything was great. Clean room, quiet and easy access to halal food. Huimin Street just walking distance from hotel. Accessible to all areas. Recommendable.

I've stayed at this hotel chain in other cities before and had a good experience, so I figured it would be just as good in Xi'an and chose it. The hotel is just a short walk to the pedestrian street if you turn right, and it's very close to the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. The pedestrian street is lively, and there's a fun chocolate museum. Getting to the Terracotta Warriors by car is also very convenient – the location is excellent!
