The apartment is not properly maintained. This is not shown when advertised in this platform. I would not described as clean but we stayed there comfortably.

The location is great, and we were able to get a suite. It’s recommended to add the host on WeChat before you arrive to get directions to find it. Clean and comfortable.

I pass a good time in this Homestay. I really like the first time when I reserved the room very comfortable, clean and have too space. For that reason I reserved again for second time. This homestay is located in a good place near of Xian wall, 苗苗 is very nice and kind and the attetion in the homestay is good and pretty fast. I give them about 5 stars, but if I could I would give them 10 starts.

The hotel's cleanliness, with guests consistently noting the spotless facilities and fresh ambiance. The prime location near yongningmen mrt and drum tower is popular among many visitors, The hotel staff very good english we was chat thru wechat very recomended this hotel

Location is convenient, bit hard to find, receptionist wasn't available at the time of check in so we had to get in contact through wechat, however this didn't change much and the process was quick and smooth

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location. Close to the metro station Friendly and helpful reception staff. Easy check in/out, all necessary provided. I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep night:) Thanks for your hard work:)

It was easy to find the hotel but there is not reception, I recommend to text the owner through WeChat before check-in day for the instructions. It is really close to the subway. Good location for the attractions cause you are between the new and the old city. The room in floor number 18th is big enough for 2.

I find that the location was good for a subway station but to get to the actual Homestay was a huge annoyance. Had to ask people where to locate this place. Albeit, when we did arrive there the place reeked of smoke. We left the window open and it was gone, I do like how there is 3 AC's though. One in living room and 2 in the bedrooms. So that gave me a nice cozy feel!

The room is very, very big, which is nice. There is also a kitchen. The problem is that there are no cooking utensils, when I asked for a pot to cook, the worker told me "you have to buy it yourself". In other places I've been they brought us dishes and we only had to provide the food.

Nice place!! Really worth for the price. The location cannot get better than this, right in front of the city wall, really convenient for travelling. Self check in system but can contact through wechat so is very convenient.

The room was big and clean. There’re many convenient stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Metro is about 10 minutes away (from the elevator hall). Can walk to the bell tower to enjoy the view of the city. Easy to check in via WeChat. I thought it might be difficult to find the room at first but the owner gave me some pictures that show the way clearly. However, they only provided 1 small toilet tissue roll for our 4 nights stayed. the WiFi was very poor.

The location was perfect, just outside the city wall and close to a nice mall. But for foreigners (not Chinese) without WeChat, you can not locate this hotel without help from other people. We needed the help from a nice couple who contacted the hotel for us. The hotel has no lobby (because it’s a homestay and that’s different here from a hotel) it’s a room in a residential building with an number lock. Your room number as well as the passcode will be communicated through WeChat. Also the location on Trip.com was through an entrance that’s closed at 22.00 so you need to go through the main entrance (picture of a gate from the hotel). Besides that, it was a spacious room with a washing machine

During my stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were consistently well-maintained. Additionally, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. Overall, the combination of cleanliness and excellent customer service made for a truly enjoyable stay.

The location is amazing but its not obvious how to find, there is a gate and half block walk and a slow elevator and a simple lobby desk area and then an elevator ride to another floor. The price and the room make a truely awesome combination. Huge room and huge ceiling and clean. Its my style totally which is not luxury. Food near by within walking distance. I booked one night then a second. If my deparute flight wasnt so early id book a third night, so quiet and comfortable. I loved the art mural on the concrete wall. Airconditioning worked perfect. Warning hot water will boil your skin off, set low cold as quick to scald, serious, start cold and slow to try hot or you will burn. Huge windows too, that open. Amazing place, my favorite room of 2.5 months in china ! Simple though, limited. furniture. Comfortable bed, had good sleeps, not too soft but not typical china hard !
