Really good service by 金，涛 & 龙！ one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff upgraded our room and helped carry our bags and parcels to the room when we checked in. They were also really attentive to our needs. There’s also free laundry services and laundry is done by the staff so we didn’t need to wait for the washing machine to be free. The room was really clean as well. Hotel is also close to main attractions and shopping malls. Overall a pleasant stay and will recommend to anyone traveling to Xian

Everything thing is perfect from the friendly and attentive staffs to the amenities of the hotel. There’s a slight problem on the first night but their staff were quick to response and offer me solutions. They will also make an effort to ask if I need to reserve any of their free evening desserts if I’m not back yet. Impeccable service level. 👍🏻

酒店地理位置非常不錯，距離文昌門步行距離衹有幾分鐘，碑林博物館也衹有幾分鐘。酒店服務非常讓人舒心，辦理入住後會有服務人員送至入住房間，還有免費接送機服務（衹要提前一天聯繫前台就可以了），每天晚上還有一份甜湯，特別感謝木夏丸豐😊

Really good hotel to be staying in Xi’an. Great location - not too far off from the main area. Able to take a leisure scroll around. Room is super clean and spacious. The service provided is superb - the concierge service team is really response via wechat to requests. Highly recommend first-time tourists to stay.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we got ours upgraded for free, the staff even prepared some fruit for our arrival. The breakfast is amazing, delicious, and varied, ok for locals and foreigners as well. The hotel staff is also so kind, they will give you suggestions for the itinerary with transportation time included, if you need to get any tickets you can ask them and they will help you contact a travel agency to help
I would DEFINITELY come back!
