Embark on a journey back to the Tang Dynasty! The hot springs and travel photography at Huaqing Yutang are absolutely divine. I have to rave about the hot springs here! As the 'No.1 Imperial Spring under Heaven' that has flowed for six thousand years, sharing its source with Yang Guifei's Haitang Bath, the constant 43℃ spring water is rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, and radon. Soaking in a private bath, you can gaze up at the verdant Mount Lishan while feeling the delicate touch of carbonic acid spring micro-bubbles enveloping your skin. Afterwards, your skin feels smooth and radiant, and all the fatigue from your travels instantly melts away. The hotel even thoughtfully provides fruits and drinks for your soak. Immersing yourself in the steamy mist at night for a truly relaxing experience is simply an imperial-level indulgence. Even more surprising was the complimentary, stunning travel photography session! After booking in advance, the makeup artist was incredibly professional, adjusting the makeup according to my face shape and age. The photographer was particularly skilled and patient, guiding me on poses and angles. The garden scenery of Huaqing Palace itself is a natural backdrop, with flying eaves, ancient springs, and red walls creating a magnificent Tang Dynasty atmosphere. Even with a casual shot on the original camera, every photo turns out like a masterpiece, with an incredibly high success rate, easily capturing beautiful moments that transport you 'into the Tang Dynasty in an instant.' Beyond that, the hotel service is impeccable. From being escorted upon arrival to receiving a complimentary late-night tremella soup, every detail reflects their thoughtfulness. Plus, staying here grants unlimited access to Huaqing Palace.

What truly impressed me was the natural hot spring water right in the room! The indoor hot spring is available every night from 7 PM to 12 AM, then it's drained at midnight. Plus, you get free access to all the outdoor hot spring pools. There's full butler service, and a shuttle car for pick-ups and drop-offs. They also give you a special pass that lets you enter and exit the Huaqing Palace scenic area freely, like an ancient token of status, hahahaha. The hotel entrance is right at the cable car station for Mount Li. It's truly a wellness retreat! We even caught the New Year's Day snow-limited performance of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow'! Such a great value!!!

Extremely satisfied! Although the hotel is pricey, it's absolutely worth every penny. 1️⃣ Unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area. To be precise, the hotel is actually part of Huaqing Palace itself! And breakfast is served inside Huaqing Palace! The ambiance is fantastic. You get to enjoy Huaqing Palace all to yourself before the tourists arrive. In the evening, when watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, you don't have to queue with the crowds; you just walk straight in through a small hotel gate (since the show is also within Huaqing Palace). It's amazing! 2️⃣ The hot springs are incredible. Even though we booked a room without a private hot spring, there's a communal outdoor hot spring in the courtyard. The best part? There was hardly anyone there, making it feel like a huge private hot spring! After watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, you can just step out of your room to soak in the hot spring, admire the moon, and watch the artificial snow falling during the show. So relaxing, and the water was perfectly hot and comfortable. 3️⃣ We received complimentary tickets to the Baoji Pool hot springs, and hotel guests can also enjoy the carbonic acid pool. Although the carbonic acid pool is a bit cooler, it has a big TV! We could eat fruit and multigrain porridge while watching a movie and soaking, and we even caught some snowfall – truly exceptional! 4️⃣ All the hotel staff wear Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) and have excellent attitudes. I was worried about getting cold watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' and they even provided a small blanket and hand warmers. There are also intangible cultural heritage craft activities, making it perfect for a hotel staycation! 5️⃣ The complimentary Jinghong travel photography service was particularly good, including makeup and styling. In winter, you can choose red or pink-blue Hanfu. The makeup artist and photographer were both excellent, and we received three free digital photos, leaving us with a wonderful souvenir. 6️⃣ The room also had a mini-bar, featuring Xi'an specialties like Bingfeng soda, sour plum soup, and pomegranate juice, making up for not having tried them elsewhere. There was also NFC orange juice, capsule coffee, and more. Most importantly, they offered a late-night dessert soup (wan'an zhou)! Enjoying two bowls of Yinhe soup after watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' was simply delightful. The quality of the complimentary fruit in the room was also very good.

Enjoyed a couples' tour of the Huaqing Palace during our stay: It was incredibly convenient, actually located right inside the Huaqing Palace. A truly wonderful experience. Hygiene: Excellent Ambiance: The entire courtyard was absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to experience it during a snowfall, which made it stunning beyond words. Service: All the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. During breakfast, they overheard us mentioning we wanted to take photos of our child in a traditional Chinese cape in the snow. They braved the cold to take off their own capes and let us use them for the photoshoot. We were so touched! I forgot her name, but it was one of the lovely ladies who seated guests at breakfast.

Quite good! The private hot spring in the room was excellent, they even said it uses the same spring water as Huaqing Pool. The breakfast was also nice.
