This hotel is absolutely divine! If you're coming to Xi'an, I'd even say it's a must-visit in itself. First off, it's right by the Huaqing Palace, with a private entrance for free and unlimited access. Every room also has its own hot spring pool. They include complimentary tickets for two to Baoji Pool. The complimentary travel photoshoot is super popular; we couldn't book it when we arrived, so definitely reserve in advance. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. For a room costing just over 1000, it felt like an absolute steal. The service is miles better than a certain hotel in West Lake where I paid over 3000 before. In the evening, they even have staff escort you to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, with a hotel-exclusive通道 (access), so no need to queue up early. At this time of year, the first show at 8 PM is already completely dark, allowing you to fully experience the lighting effects. The complimentary sweet soup in the evening was delicious too. Honestly, with all these value-added services, it felt like the room itself was free, haha. Also, the hotel restaurant is genuinely delicious! I usually don't like eating at hotel restaurants, but the food here is really good and highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this hotel! While a bit pricey, it was totally worth it. The scenery is stunning, truly giving you the feeling of being transported back to the Tang Dynasty. Yu Shanyuan is definitely the best restaurant nearby; the chef's skills are top-notch. Every evening, there's a hot spring bath available, which was incredibly refreshing after visiting the Terracotta Warriors. The kids even said they didn't want to leave!

The hotel is located right inside the Huaqing Palace scenic area. The service was excellent, they even drew a hot spring bath for us in advance. We also got to watch the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the evening. As a side note, the hotel's restaurant had delicious food.

The room was clean, hygienic, and quiet. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' I could go back to my room for a hot spring bath. Every staff member I met had excellent service. The outdoor hot spring pools were also very comfortable. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Xi'an in all aspects. I'll definitely come back here on my next visit to Xi'an. Full marks! 💯

Every single customer service staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. Breakfast was fantastic. Environment: The hotel was very clean and well-sanitized. Traveling with kids, the arranged activities were relaxing and the instructors were very patient.

We were upgraded to a courtyard room, which was a bit small inside. The location is great, right within the scenic area, and there's a car available to take you to restaurants inside the park. The private hot spring was ready in the evening. I had put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, so I was quite annoyed when I received a call at 10:00 AM, only to find out they were calling about breakfast. I wasn't sure how to react at that moment!

The hotel environment is great, and they even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. We watched the Song of Everlasting Sorrow show and enjoyed the hot springs. The photoshoot included free makeup and styling, and the pictures taken at the scenic spot turned out beautifully.

When checking in, I was told I'd receive a free room upgrade. I had requested a quiet room, but to my surprise, I was given one near the central air conditioning units. The low-frequency hum from the AC at night was incredibly disruptive and made it impossible to sleep. The staff responded quite quickly and moved me to another room, but the whole ordeal meant I didn't get much rest. The male staff member at the front desk was very proactive and enthusiastic, definitely a thumbs up! However, the attendant at the Baojichi hot spring, an older woman with single eyelids, seemed to have no idea what good service was. Her tone was cold, and not only did she not proactively offer drinks, but she also seemed to serve with an attitude. It was really poor. I used the hot spring for two days, and all the other attendants were always proactive, friendly, and attentive. Both times I've visited, the experience hasn't been very comfortable, mainly due to the subpar service from a few individuals. The environment, however, gets full marks.
