The room is spacious and quite comfortable. The services are very good in all aspects. Transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is also very good. The High-tech Zone is relatively quiet and very close to the subway. I will choose here again if I have the opportunity.

From the moment I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a warm and professional attitude, patiently answered all kinds of questions about room types and breakfast time, and also recommended nearby attractions worth checking in. The service was meticulous. When I checked out, I urgently needed to issue an invoice. I was worried that it would delay my trip, but I didn't expect Yan Zi to have superb business ability, skilled and quick operation. In less than 5 minutes, she issued the invoice and handed it to me, and took the initiative to remind me to check whether the invoice information was correct. During the process, she always kept a warm smile and whispered to ask if there were any other needs. This serious and responsible work attitude made people feel at ease. The whole stay experience became particularly comfortable and pleasant because of Yan Zi's service. She used practical actions to interpret the standard of high-quality service, which made me feel full of sincerity and care. I strongly recommend this hotel, and I have to call Yan Zi's efficient service!

The hotel facilities are excellent, the service is good, and the environment and cleanliness are both very good. They even have late-night snacks on the ninth floor, including porridge, side dishes, fruit, small snacks, and coffee. The hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hygiene needs to be improved. The towels are stained, the chairs are dirty, there is a lot of limescale on the bathroom floor, the skirting boards at the door are rotten and broken. Many details are not ideal. This room type is suitable for one person. First, it is small in size, and second, the bathroom and toilet share a door, which is inconvenient for two people.

Got a free upgrade to a suite due to off peak season. The room was very spacious with a living room with 2 rooms. The hotel also has a pool and gym which we did not use. The hotel is in a good location, with bus stops and subway stations nearby. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spots in the city. There are ample parking spaces and it is very close to the ring highway. The room is different from the promotional photos. The shower in the bathroom is a bit low, and there is a locked door in the room, which feels a bit strange. Except for the front desk, other service staff in the hotel are very warm and thoughtful. The front desk was indifferent throughout the whole process, which gave people a bad feeling.

This hotel I stayed at for my trip was affordable and conveniently located right next to the subway station, making it super easy to get around. It has its own restaurant, and there's a coffee shop and a bar downstairs. Their 'Piyue' coffee is quite good. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth recommending!

The room is quite large, suitable for two people, and has heating. It is really friendly for winter. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance. It is very convenient to go to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Shaanxi Museum. There is a large shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. We stayed in a room very close to the elevator entrance, but it was still quiet at night and did not affect our sleep. The only drawback is that I hope the hotel will replace the small floor mat at the bathroom door with a new one. It really does not look very clean and affects the overall effect. Still highly recommended.
