The hotel's front desk service was excellent. They were always ready to assist with any issues during our stay. Check-in was very fast, and seeing we had a child, they proactively offered kids' slippers and toothbrushes. Their service was consistently polite and patient. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The hotel also offers free parking during your stay, and the security guards directed traffic efficiently. The location is very convenient; the Metro Line 2 and Line 8 stations are right outside to the left, making it easy to get to attractions like the Bell Tower or Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The hotel also has a restaurant with a rich variety of dishes, and a free laundry room on the 7th floor, which was very convenient. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely stay at the Southern Hotel on Fengcheng 2nd Road again.

Stayed 3 nights here from 22 May 2025 to 24 May 2025. Hotel is minutes away from the metro station and food streets. Easy access to popular attractions such as Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Xian Bell & Drum Towers, Xian Ancient City Wall, Xian Great Mosque, Muslim Quarters, Terracotta Warriors etc. Counter staff are friendly and greet guests whenever they see them. Complimentary mineral water can be obtained at the concierge and housekeeping staff is willing to help in the self-service washing and drier machines. Counter staff are also very knowledgeable in providing useful information on trains and attractions. We recommend this hotel for its service and convenient location.

The hotel is in a good location, 200 meters outside Yuxiang Gate. Shopping is also very convenient around here, especially for fruits. I was shocked that the fruits here are half the price of ours. I stayed here for three days out of four nights, and chose to read a book at Guilai Bookstore one night. I like Xi'an very much. In addition, my wife's hometown is also in the northwest, so I plan to go back and discuss buying a house in Xi'an. I didn't choose the ancient city because I didn't want it to be too noisy. This place is just right, quiet and convenient. The staff are very thoughtful and decent. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming. Upon check-in, we noticed the high-rise window in our room made it feel a bit cramped, but after contacting her, she kindly changed our room. Her gentle and considerate service was truly commendable. During our stay, we accidentally ordered takeout to the wrong address, and the manager was incredibly proactive in resolving the issue, even personally going out late at night to retrieve the wrong delivery and bring it back to us! The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to both parents and children. Everything was freshly made, and the rooms were very clean. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the attractions, saving us a lot of time. I'll definitely stay here again. A huge thumbs up to the staff! They were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly at home.
